Power of Attorney

Suppose an individual is unable or unwilling to act on their own behalf. In that case, a power of attorney gives another person the authority to handle their finances, legal affairs, real estate transactions, and health care decisions. For the notary to authenticate the document's authenticity and your signature, you must have a power of attorney notarized.
